• Kangaroo leather, mainly in the high flex zone like arms and hips and abdomen, and race grade bovine leather construction for the optimum blend of weight saving, high performance and comfort.
• Extended Kevlar® stretch paneling around chest, inner arms crotch and back leg for enhanced comfort and strength.
• Advanced material construction; MATRYX® structural panels on the thigh, abdomen, chest and back hump provide parametric performance for ventilation and superior mechanical resistance to tearing and abrasion while also being extremely thin and lightweight, with Kevlar® reinforcement for prevention of heat transfer.

The GP Plus v4 is the perfect choice for sport and track riders looking for an upper mid-level suit with the latest material innovations. The GP Plus v4 features new Flex Plus race leather, specially tanned and refined in Italy, ultra-flexible Flex Plus race bovine leather that is highly adaptive to the body, supporting a 6% adaptability ratio which is 80% more than that offered by regular bovine leather. The Flex Plus leather with its high adaptability ratio ensures that the GP Plus v4 Leather Suit provides unrivalled comfort, feel, freedom of movement and precise fitment. Additionally, the Flex Plus race leather meets Alpinestars’ Professional racing standard in terms of abrasion and tear resistance, while being 10% lighter than standard bovine leather.

The GP Pro v2 Leather Suit for Tech-Air®Race® features an anatomical engineered design to ensure excellent comfort and performance fit for track days or serious road riding. Packed with class-leading, track-tested protection inside and out, this ventilated leather suit is versatile and extremely comfortable. Its unique design means it can be equally effectively worn with or without the Tech-Air® airbag system. PLEASE NOTE: While this jacket is compatible with our Tech-Air 5 Vest system, if you are looking for complete integration (zipping the Tech-Air vest directly into the jacket and hooking the Tech-Air vest up via quick connect cable to have the vest transmit information to the LED panel on the jackets sleeve) you will need to purchase the Tech-Air race system as the Tech-Air 5 vest is a standalone vest with the LED panel directly on the vest itself and will not zip into the jacket or plug into the jacket via quick connect cable.
